Due to the immense publicity regarding the massive egg recall in the news media as of late, we have opted to comment on the recall and offer our input regarding our relationship to the recall. The most important fact:
Fall Harvest Products is in no way connected to the companies involved in the egg recall.
We do not sell eggs. We only sell egg cartons. The egg cartons we carry have a generic “Farm Fresh Eggs” printing or label. Not to be confused with the “Farm Fresh™” brand that has been mentioned in the egg recall.
Our customers are predominantly small producers and backyard farmers that sell their eggs by the roadside or at farmers markets. The companies listed in the recall are very large egg producers for major grocery stores.
